A record number of ‘hits’ could be recorded on the Holyrood Inquiry website in September. Figures just released show that already this month the site has had over 31,000 hits. Since it was launched in July there have been over 75,000 hits, with the record month being the first one at 33,135 hits.

A spokesperson for the Holyrood Inquiry said: “We know that many people use the website to keep up with developments.
“The increased figure in September is probably due to Lord Fraser’s Preliminary Hearing.
“The ‘whistleblower’ link to Lord Fraser continues to be popular and more people are responding to his request that they reveal their identity. This, of course, allows Lord Fraser’s team to make follow-up approaches for additional information.”
