In the spirit of transparency set out for the Holyrood Inquiry, Lord Fraser announced at his Preliminary Hearing in September that he had no objection to television coverage provided it was not intrusive or overlit. Subsequently, an arrangement was agreed for BBC Scotland to cover the proceedings, including live streaming of the Inquiry on their website.
