INQUIRY'S RESPONSE TO BBC's BOARD OF GOVERNORS

With the exception of BBC Scotland the Holyrood Inquiry has received full co-operation from all individuals and organisations it has approached.

Lord Fraser will not be deflected from his determination to establish the true facts surrounding the Holyrood Parliament building project.

The Holyrood Inquiry is progressing in a positive and methodical manner. The quality of information provided by witnesses has impressed the Inquiry team and most observers.
In light of the BBC Governors decision, Lord Fraser and the Inquiry Team will consider the implications for the objectives of the Inquiry.
