The Holyrood Inquiry team has notified a number of individuals and organisations that they are potentially to be the subject of criticism when Lord Fraser’s report is published.

Letters containing the provisional text of the criticism have been delivered. All the individuals and organisations have the opportunity, either privately or in public, to comment on factual aspects of the criticism.

Lord Fraser will evaluate their comments and will consider whether any alterations to his provisional text are appropriate.

The Inquiry team will not disclose names nor the details of this correspondence.

Lord Fraser has given those to be criticised until September 3rd to make their observations known to him.

Lord Fraser plans to report in the week beginning Monday 13th September.
