      <description>A consultation was held from February to April 2012 on the terms of a tenancy deposit scheme proposed by Mydeposits Scotland.  The scheme had been evaluated by the Scottish Government against the conditions in the Tenancy Deposit Schemes (Scotland) Regulations 2011.  The terms of the proposed scheme set out the framework for how it would operate, if approved, and how tenants and landlords could access its services.
This publication contains responses agreed to be made public by respondees.
