Lord Fraser
of Carmyllie published his report into the management of the Scottish
Parliament
building project on Wednesday 15 September, 2004.
Lord Fraser’s Report was formally delivered to both the Presiding
Officer and the First Minister. Other copies were made available for
MSPs at the Scottish Parliament.
At a press conference Lord Fraser gave a synopsis of his report, its
main conclusions and a brief summary on how he reached his findings.
It will now be for others to consider his report and, where necessary,
to act upon its findings.
